Who is the course instructor?

Hi mama, I'm Ruthie, a wife and mom from Benue state, Nigeria. Can I share something with you?
I went back to school for M. Tech in biochemistry when my baby was just 4 months old. Because I'm a lecturer, furthering my studies is almost non negotiable.
When I went back to school, it was an opportunity for me to learn and discover the nutrients that help babies grow and thrive beyond intact.
But guess what? Because of how busy I was with my studies and research work, I never had the time to learn my baby's feeding behaviour and so I struggled at meal times. For 4 months we were stuck on pap and tom brown. After my first semester exam, I could breathe, and so I channelled my energy and research into improving my child's nutrition. What I have put together inside from rejection to yummy is not just from my research, but from my lived experience as a mom who once struggled at meal times. And today? I help other moms overcome meal time stress, because every baby deserves a healthy start and every mom deserves peace and confidence.
